Residents of The Towers Apartments in Pasadena, CA were invited to create window patterns by turning their lights off and on for seven days based on their answers to a confidential survey, revealing their personal tastes, beliefs and feelings. The light patterns reflect upon the importance of individual contribution to collective identity. Made possible in part by the Pasadena Arts & Culture Commission and the City of Pasadena Cultural Affairs Division.
