Based on the interviews I conducted with participants regarding their mushroom foraging experiences, Sara Roberts developed a draft score where participants whisper a variety of short words and long sentences. The juxtaposition of these voices is intended to evoke the mycelial network beneath our feet, and this soundscape has been incorporated into the film’s soundtrack.
